About Us

WCL was founded in 2002 as a programme and change management consultancy. The company grew rapidly as clients discovered our fresh approach to working alongside teams, passing on our skills and experience while delivering successful projects.
WCL grew to achieve an annual turnover of over £9m, employing 80 people and being placed 12th in the 2006 Sunday Times FastTrack of the UK’s fastest growing businesses.
In 2019 we consolidated our extensive transformation and change experience in our unique ‘Transformation Readiness Assessment’. Working with a team of business academics to build on international research, our diagnostic identifies and measures the critical elements that are proven to be essential in successful organisation transformations. Having been described as an ‘organisation biometric’, the tool provides a unique assessment of strengths and identifies practical actions to increase the pace, efficiency and likelihood of success.
WCL specialises in change and transformation management and has worked extensively with nearly all UK Government Departments, as well as many private sector clients, on planning and managing complex change programmes.
